In order to calculate your % of body weight lost:
1. Go to http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/calculate-weight-loss-percentage.html and enter last week's weight and this week's weight (no need to round off- be as exact as your scale allows)
2. Multiply your % of body weight lost by 10 to enter into the spread sheet
3. Make sure and keep a record of your exact weight for this week so you can use it to calculate next week's percentage of body weight lost
